cluster_name (str) – The name of your cluster.
target_state (EcsClusterStates | None) – Success state to watch for. (Default: “ACTIVE”)
failure_states (set[EcsClusterStates] | None) – Fail if any of these states are reached before the Success State. (Default: “FAILED” or “INACTIVE”)
